Lists of self-hosted software are easy to find and all of them have the same hole: they call everything “open source” and leave you to find out which licence bites. 304 of 1348 projects here are AGPL, where running the thing for other people obliges you to publish your changes, and 91 are not open source at all, carrying a proprietary or restricted-use licence.
